The house, designed on a plot of 1,067.26 sqm in the Terraville condominium, is divided into a social area, on the first floor, and an intimate area, on the second floor.
Layout
The project allows the composition of different environments, making the residence more versatile and adaptable to the resident.
On the first floor, the glazed planes open up to nature.
With the same purpose, on the upper floor, the house opens up to views of the lake at the back of the lot, taking advantage of the higher level.
Integration
Finally, the inner courtyard brings sunlight and ventilation into the house and creates a circulation area inside.
