The residential building, located in the Menino Deus neighborhood, has 13 apartments spread over eight floors, one facing the front and the other facing the back of the building.
Concept
The apartments on the top floor are duplexes, taking advantage of the space on the roof for the last home.
The subsoil was not used due to the conditions of the land and the cost of the work.
To create a connection with the street, the ballroom was placed on the ground floor; an interesting feature to bring people closer to the sidewalk and make it safer.
To emphasize the perception of the balconies as an open environment, they were arranged alternately.
When developing the project, we are concerned both with the building and with the surroundings, we understand that each project is responsible for building the city.
