Located in a strategic neighborhood of Campo Grande/MS, with a wide range of services and constant development, See was designed to become an architectural icon of the city.
Its stepped volumetry provides unique experiences of connection with the exterior: terraces that transform into privileged viewpoints of the city, uncovered spaces that dialogue with nature and recall the coziness of a residential backyard, offering green strips and private pools for each unit.
The 12 apartments express this integration through generous floor-to-ceiling frames and corner openings, which frame unobstructed panoramic views.
The facade composition is marked by exposed concrete slabs that give rhythm to the volumetry, receding at each floor to create the terraces. Vertically, brise-soleils and frames harmoniously fill the spaces between the slabs.
On the front facade, the interplay between straight and inclined slabs generates movement and diversity in the typologies of terraces and units, expanding the possibilities of choice for different resident profiles.
From the ground floor, the project establishes an open relationship with the city. Instead of railings at the building alignment, it offers the public walkway a garden with striking vegetation and a water mirror that reflects the imposing double-height ceiling of the building's base.
The common areas, located on the first floor, feature covered verandas facing the street, offering versatile spaces dedicated to the residents' social interaction, leisure, and well-being.
See represents a contemporary proposal for practical living in an apartment building with a house-like feeling, resulting in a project that stands out in Campo Grande's urban landscape.
