The complex is organized around two main structures: the Hotel and the Wine Theme Park. Distinct yet complementary functions choreograph a journey that guides visitors from initiation to the height of the experience, culminating in spaces of contemplation and encounter with the landscape.
The Hotel adopts a composition of stepped horizontal bars across four blocks, anchored to the plateau at the highest point of the site and successively descending along the natural slope. The strategy recalls the terraced structure of vineyards while preserving the continuity of the horizon line.
The Park, in turn, takes the form of a large circular volume enclosing a central plaza, where a reflecting pool becomes the stage for performances. In dialogue with it, a smaller circular form houses the Winery, positioned against the incline to suggest it supports the cantilever of the main structure.
Beneath the plaza lie access routes, parking, and technical facilities, along with the Wine Museum and Wine University. Above, the roof transforms into a suspended garden of more than 7,000 m², conceived as a panoramic belvedere offering a 360-degree view of the landscape. More than a building, the project returns to the territory as an architectural gesture rooted in the land.
